MyTextArchive

A database system for archiving your texts and their translations, developed by Canzhong Wu and Christian Matthiessen at the Department of Linguistics, Macquarie University. It is available for Windows XP users and Mac OX users To run this program, double click MyTextArchive.exe after unzipping the downloaded file.


SysConc

A multilingual concordance program that is developed in Java. It needs Java 5.0 or above installed on your computer.

Please note that this version of SysConc expires by 30 June 2010 when an updated version will be made available.


SysFan

A database system that provides assistance in manual analysis of text in the framework of systemic functional linguistics. Please download a copy for Windows XP or Mac OS X.

Once SysFan is downloaded, unzip it and then copy it to your preferred folder. To run the application, double click the application SysFan2007.exe on Windows XP or SysFan2007.app on Mac OS X.

You will notice that there is already one text in SysFan for you to play around with. To add more texts to SysFan, choose "New Record" from the "Records" menu.

A multilingual database system which manages technical terms in systemic functional linguistics. [Upcoming]


MyTermBase

A terminology tool that manages technical terms in English, Chinese, French, Japanese, Korean, Spanish and Thai. Please download the Windows XP version (23MB)or the Mac OS X version (38MB). To run the program on Windows XP, double click MyTermBase.exe, and to run the program on Mac OS X, double click MyTermBase.app. The user name is TRAN812, and there is no need for a password.
